Do I need to switch from my current bookkeeper?+
Most clients come to us with messy books from a previous bookkeeper (or no bookkeeper). Request a quote and we'll scope the work and price before you commit.
How fast can you catch up months of backlog?+
Most catch-ups finish within 14 days, regardless of how far behind. A streamlined, systemized categorization process is what makes that speed possible. Pricing for catch-up: $250 per backlog month.
Is my financial data secure?+
Yes. We connect to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth — we never see your password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We're SOC 2 alignment work in progress; ask for our current security posture.
Who actually does the work?+

Can my CPA still file my taxes?+
Yes, and we make their life easier. Every month-end we generate a CPA-ready packet (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, AR/AP aging, JE log). Hand it to your CPA at year-end — no scramble.
What if I want to leave?+
Our plans run on a 12-month agreement billed monthly, so your pricing stays flat and predictable all year. At renewal you're free to move on — and if you do, we export everything cleanly so handoff to your next bookkeeper (or back in-house) is painless. Your books are always yours.
Do you do other accounting work?+
